大関株式会社は、本社である兵庫県西宮市今津のこの地に「大坂屋」という屋号で1711年に初代大坂屋長兵衛が酒造りを始めた蔵元です。
変転する歴史の中で幾多の困難を乗り越えながらも、常に進取の気概を忘れず、時代が求めるモノ作りを探求し先駆けてきました。
21世紀に入り、気候変動や社会環境の変化は著しく変化し、お客様の意識や生活様式も多様になるばかりです。
私たちの日本酒造りは、米、水、麹、そして人が生み出すまさに循環型産業であり、人と微生物が融和融合した古来からの食文化の結晶です。
培ってきた醸造技術と「魁精神」を継承し、暮らしに欠かすことができない地域の風土や歴史に根差した食文化の価値を創造し、お客様や社会に役立つ企業でありたいと考えています。

OZEKI CORPORATION is a sake brewery founded in 1711 by our first brewer, Ozakaya Chobei. The company was originally called ‘Ozakaya’, and began its sake production right here in Imazu, Nishinomiya City Hyogo Prefecture, where our headquarters is still located today.
We have overcome many hurdles throughout the ever-changing landscape of history. Through it all, we have never forgotten our enterprising spirit and continued to lead the way in search of craftsmanship that matched the needs of the times.
Since the beginning of the 21st century, we have seen drastic changes to both the climate and social environments of the world, including the mindset and living situations of our customers that have become increasingly varied.
Our sake brewing process is itself a circular industry, born from rice, water, koji, and people, a harmony between human and micro-organisms. This is a culmination of our food culture that has continued since ancient times.
We believe in continuing to be a company that supports not only our customers, but society as a whole. We want to pass down our brewery technology and pioneering spirit that we have cultivated so far to create a regional culture that is much needed in our daily lives, as well as creating value to a food culture that is deeply rooted in history.

Ozeki began brewing sake in the mid-Edo period.
We believe that the reason we have been able to continue our business based on brewing techniques for so long is because sake brewing is a traditional Japanese recycling industry.
Being grateful for the natural blessings of rice and water, and passing on the techniques cultivated since ancient times to the future, is in line with the SDGs, which aim to create a sustainable society.
By working together with all stakeholders to further advance ESG initiatives, we will realize our corporate philosophy of "Enjoyable Living at Ozeki" and build a sustainable future.
