- 1711 (first year of Shotoku)初代大坂屋長兵衛（長部文治郎の始祖）が今津村で創醸。The first Osakaya Chobei (the ancestor of Nagabe Bunjiro) founded the brewery in Imazu Village.第一代大阪屋长兵卫（长部文治郎的祖先）在今津村创立了清酒厂。第一代大阪屋長兵衛（長部文治郎的祖先）在今津村創立了清酒廠。
- 1764The sake brand "Manryo" is introduced.

- July 1884The Commercial Code Ordinance was enacted, and the sake brand name was changed from "Manryo" to "Ozeki" and a trademark application was filed.

- 1945Most of the headquarters' facilities were destroyed by fire during the massive air raids at the end of the war.
- 1953Construction of the Tsunekazugura warehouse completed.
- 1957Ozeki is loaded onto the Antarctic research vessel "Sōya." Ozeki's spot advertisements begin on television.
- 1958The Ozeki Cup will be presented to the winning sumo wrestler starting from the July tournament.
