research enzyme
Yatalase (a fungal cell wall lytic enzyme)
It is a complex enzyme preparation mainly consisting of chitinase and chitobiase.
It is possible to prepare protoplasts of filamentous fungi by itself, and also to prepare intracellular enzymes.
Yatalase-Plus (Fungal cell wall lytic enzyme)
It is a complex enzyme preparation with chitinase, chitobiase, and α-1,3-glucanase activities.
It can prepare protoplasts of filamentous fungi alone, and can also be used to prepare protoplasts of filamentous fungi such as black koji mold, which are difficult to prepare using Yatalase.
Protoplasts can be efficiently produced.
Westase (yeast cell wall lytic enzyme)
This is a complex enzyme preparation mainly consisting of β-1,6-glucanase and β-1,3-glucanase.
It has a wide range of effects not only on ascomycete yeasts but also on basidiomycete yeasts and imperfect fungi yeasts.
Labiase (bacterial cell wall lytic enzyme)
This is a complex enzyme preparation primarily consisting of β-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminidase and muramidase.
It is suitable for lysing bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria and hiochi bacteria.
