Yatalase -Plus-
Takara Bio Inc. T030 2 gr
Features It is a complex enzyme preparation with chitinase, chitobiase, and α-1,3-glucanase activities.
It can prepare protoplasts of filamentous fungi by itself, and can efficiently produce protoplasts of filamentous fungi such as black koji mold, which are difficult to produce protoplasts with Yatalase.
Shape Lyophilized powder (contains lactose as an excipient)
save 4℃, dry conditions
Specification Chitinase activity 50 U/g powder or more, chitobiase activity 500 U/g powder or more,
α-1,3-glucanase activity: 20 U/g powder or more
至適温度 30 ℃
