| Features | It is a complex enzyme preparation with chitinase, chitobiase, and α-1,3-glucanase activities. It can prepare protoplasts of filamentous fungi by itself, and can efficiently produce protoplasts of filamentous fungi such as black koji mold, which are difficult to produce protoplasts with Yatalase. |
