About the award-winning products
This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed using Yamada Nishiki rice, known as the king of sake rice, polished to 45%, and Ozeki yeast extracted from cherry blossoms.
It has a subtle sweetness reminiscent of honey, and when chilled it becomes elegant, while at room temperature it reveals a more complex character.

Kura Master Sake Competition 2026
2017年から開催されている「フランスの地で行うフランス人のための日本酒コンクールです」。 第10回となる今年度の審査会は、4月27日(月) にパリ市内で開催され、9部門（サケ スパークリング部門、純米大吟醸酒（1-35%）部門、純米大吟醸酒（36-50%）部門、純米酒（51-65%）部門、純米酒（66-100%）部門、大吟醸酒部門、クラシック酛部門、古酒部門、熟成酒部門）に対し、1,252点が出品されました。
