About the product

Ozeki, which has always been close to the local community since it began brewing sake in Imazu, commercialized "Number: Junmai Daiginjo Genshu" in 2020 with the concept of "sake made by everyone" with the aim of contributing to the revitalization and social welfare of its local Hyogo prefecture through sake, and this year marks the fifth year since its release.
The product was jointly developed by four companies in Hyogo Prefecture: Tonton, an NPO that works to revitalize local communities and support the independence of people with disabilities; Genmai-ya Co., Ltd., which grows the Yamada Nishiki rice used as the raw material; Fujimoto Rice Co., Ltd., which sells the company's sake rice; and Ozeki.
Number: The 2024 edition of Junmai Daiginjo Genshu will be available exclusively in the Kinki area and on e-commerce sites from October 2024.
