About the award-winning products

This is the third product from the brand "Soka Osakaya," which was launched in 2021 to mark the 310th anniversary of the company's founding.
This special, slightly cloudy sparkling Junmai sake is made entirely from Yamada Nishiki rice grown under contract in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A District. The unique Ozeki Judan Shikomi sake, which is brewed in 10 separate batches to maximize the rice's flavor and achieve a mellow taste and aroma, is the base for this sake.
The soft, delicate bubbles and smooth mouthfeel that are unique to secondary fermentation in the bottle. The clear sake at the top has a distinct sweetness, while the cloudy sake at the bottom has a silky texture and rich umami, allowing you to enjoy the changes in flavor as you drink.

Milan Sake Challenge 2024

This is the largest sake competition in Italy, held annually in Milan since 2019. The judges are almost entirely Italian, and all of them are sake sommeliers certified by the Italian Sake Sommelier Association.
The Italian Sake Sommelier Association announced the winning sakes of the Milan Sake Challenge 2024, which was held in Milan on July 19, 2024, and June 9 and 10, 2024.
A total of 200 judges participated in the judging: 100 for the sake tasting, 50 for the design, and 50 for the food pairing.
