This sparkling sake has delicate, soft bubbles that pop and fizz. Made using only rice and rice koji, it maximizes the natural sweetness of the rice. Its refreshing sweet and sour taste spreads throughout the mouth, making it a delightful drink. With an alcohol content of 7%, it's also recommended for sake beginners.

The event aims to spread the popularity of sake across the boundaries of "generations," "business types," and "countries."
This year marks the 14th year of the competition, and 1038 entries were submitted by 260 companies. After a rigorous screening process on February 8, 2024, 55 Grand Gold Award winners and 258 Gold Award winners were selected.
