National Kanzake Contest 2023

The concept of the contest is "the only one in the world to select sake that tastes good when heated."
This year, 808 entries were submitted by 241 companies. Judging took place on August 1, 2023, and after rigorous judging, 248 entries were selected as winners (a winning rate of approximately 31%).
