Limited release of 1,500 bottles of "Number: Junmai Daiginjo Genshu," a sake for everyone connected to Hyogo Prefecture
With the aim of revitalizing the local community and contributing to social welfare, we will be releasing a limited quantity of "Number," a carefully crafted Junmai Daiginjo undiluted sake made using only ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture, exclusively in Hyogo Prefecture and on our e-commerce website.

*GLOBALG.AP...GAP stands for "Good Agricultural Practices," and GLOBALG.AP certification is an international standard that certifies this. It is used in over 120 countries around the world and is used as the standard for food procurement by major retailers around the world.
Development background
Ozeki has always been close to the local community since it began brewing sake in Imazu, one of the Nada Gogo districts, in 1711. "Number" was commercialized in 2020 under the concept of "sake made by everyone" with the aim of contributing to the revitalization and social welfare of its local Hyogo prefecture through sake, and this year marks its fourth year on the market.
The product was jointly developed by four companies in Hyogo Prefecture: Tonton, an NPO that works to revitalize local communities and support the independence of people with disabilities; Genmai-ya Co., Ltd., which grows the Yamada Nishiki rice used as the raw material; Fujimoto Rice Co., Ltd., which sells the company's sake rice; and Ozeki.
Taste and Features
This international certification certifies the safety of agricultural products grown in the "Special A Area" of Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture, one of the most suitable areas for producing sake rice.
Genmai-ya Co., Ltd. is the first Yamadanishiki farm in Japan to obtain "GLOBALG.AP" certification, and uses 100% Yamadanishiki rice. We are particular about quality and hand-brew it in small batches.
Bottled within a week of pressing, this sake has a refreshing ginjo aroma, a light mouthfeel, and a full, pleasant aftertaste. Enjoy this Hyogo-produced sake, made with ingredients sourced in Hyogo Prefecture, while experiencing the local atmosphere in Hyogo Prefecture.
Product Label
The rainbow-colored lines, which evoke the concept of "everyone" and "everyone is different," are decorated with "numbers" that have been lovingly handwritten by students at special needs schools in Hyogo Prefecture and users of organizations that support employment for people with disabilities, resulting in a unique design for each line.
The concept of "everyone" refers to everyone who grows rice, makes sake, sells sake, and tastes sake, so those who purchase our products can also become part of the sake makers and contribute to the revitalization of the local community and social welfare in Hyogo Prefecture.
Since the release of "Number" in 2020, we have donated a portion of our sales to the Nishinomiya City Social Welfare Council's Goodwill Bank to purchase equipment for the Paralympic sport of "Boccia." We will also donate a portion of our sales in 2022.
