Taste and Features

Made with domestically produced yuzu juice, it has a refreshing yuzu aroma. It has a clean, refreshing flavor that pairs well with food, and a clean acidity. The recommended ratio is 1:3 between "Sour Base" and carbonated water, but you can adjust the strength to your liking.
In addition, by blending rice shochu made from sake, the mellow flavor of the rice shochu further enhances the deliciousness of the fruit juice, making this a product unique to our company as a sake manufacturer.
