■ Development background

As health consciousness and tastes become more diverse, alcohol consumption is on the decline. In the future, emphasis will be placed on "quality over quantity," and demand for small, easy-to-consume bottles is expected to increase.
Currently, RTD cans and beer are designed to match the seasons, but most seasonal sake products are in 480ml bottles or larger, and there are few small-volume versions available. Therefore, for those who want to enjoy sake occasionally, we propose a single-serving daiginjo can that can be paired with meals and allows you to feel the seasonal atmosphere.

■About the taste

This Daiginjo sake is carefully brewed using carefully selected sake rice. Produced using Ozeki's original "Shirogane Yeast," it features a fruity, apple-like, strong Ginjo aroma and a full-bodied finish. Its clean, pure taste makes it a great pairing with both refreshing grilled eel and sweet and spicy broiled eel.
