■Brand Concept <About the Nippon Yell Project>

The "Nippon Yell Project" is an initiative under the concept of "Let's send cheers from here to Japanese food delivered from all over Japan, and to Japan itself." JA Zennoh, manufacturers, and retailers join forces to support local production areas through PR, products, and campaigns for domestically produced agricultural and livestock products. Yamanashi Prefecture boasts the highest plum production and yield in Japan, but due to factors such as the aging of producers and climate change, the cultivated area has decreased by approximately 40% over the past 30 years (*1). This project aims to spread the deliciousness and appeal of Yamanashi plums nationwide through processed products, and to expand sales of fresh fruit, thereby supporting sustainable production in the region. Our company supports this purpose, and as a company that has been involved with Japanese agriculture through sake brewing for over 310 years, we are contributing to the sustainable development of abundant food and agriculture.
