We will be releasing a new product, "CARFT CONC 1:3 Shonan Gold 300ml Bottle," made with juice from the Shonan Gold citrus fruit grown in Kanagawa Prefecture, in limited areas and in limited quantities from Monday, March 23, 2026, as a joint development with the "Nippon Ale" product brand of the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Yoshifumi Kuwata; hereinafter referred to as JA Zen-Noh).

"Nippon Yell" is a product brand of JA Zennoh that was created with the concept of "Let's send cheers from here to Japanese food delivered from all over the country, and to Japan." ■About Shonan Gold

Shonan Gold is a domestic citrus fruit characterized by its refreshing fragrance, nicknamed "golden aroma," as well as its mellow acidity and elegant sweetness. It was developed by the Kanagawa Agricultural Technology Center by crossbreeding "Imamura Unshu" and "Golden Orange," and was registered as a variety in 2003. In recent years, the utilization of non-standard products and increasing awareness outside the prefecture have become issues, and this collaborative product aims to support producers and revitalize the region.

・Mix it with carbonated water in a 1:3 ratio to create a craft sour mix.

・A blend of rice shochu and a mellow flavor that harmonizes with the refreshing taste of citrus fruits

It has a refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness, with a clean aftertaste that goes well with meals. The packaging has a refreshing design inspired by the blue sea and sky of Shonan, Kanagawa Prefecture. The playful visual, which resembles Shonan Gold as a surfboard, expresses the local flavor and fun.
