From our "Nomonomo" series, which has been a long-time favorite as a beverage to be enjoyed with meals since its launch in 1985, we will be releasing "Nomonomo Ryokagura Shibori 5L Boxed Set," a refreshing sake whose aroma is enhanced when mixed with soda (sake mixed with carbonated water), for a limited time and quantity starting May 25, 2026 (Monday).

■ About "Nomono Ryokazo Shibori 2L Boxed"

In recent years, "Sake Highballs" (sake mixed with sparkling water in a 1:1 ratio) have become a popular new way to enjoy sake in the summer. "Nomonomo Ryokagura Shibori 2L Boxed" was developed to meet this demand for sake highballs, allowing you to easily enjoy it at your everyday dinner table. While retaining the clean aftertaste of "Nomonomo," the sake has been refined to bring out its fruity aroma even more when mixed into a sake highball, as well as when served chilled or on the rocks. When mixed with sparkling water, it offers a bright, refreshing aroma reminiscent of ramune soda and a light sweetness, making for a pleasant drinking experience with the invigorating sensation of carbonation. Adding a squeeze of lemon or lime to taste will give it an even more refreshing flavor.
