Meguru, a locally-sourced sake
Characteristics
Drinking this sustainable sake helps conserve local resources
This product was released as part of the "Local Energy Sake for SDGs" project, an initiative launched by the Kobe Shimbun newspaper to connect people with nature through new resource circulation.
Made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture.
This is a pure rice ginjo sake with a light taste that allows you to feel the umami and acidity of rice.
The logo mark has a unified design for the six breweries participating in the project, and the bottles used are environmentally friendly, made from over 90% recycled glass from collected glass bottles.
