This top-quality Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, the highest quality sake rice. It is hand-brewed by brewers using the brewing techniques of Tanba Toji, which have been passed down through generations.
A gorgeous, fruity ginjo aroma. A smooth, rounded mouthfeel, with the umami of rice and a balanced acidity and sweetness. Despite its full-bodied, rich flavor, the aftertaste is light and leaves a lingering aftertaste that fades away in the mouth.
