Junmai Daiginjo Sakura Beauty 45
Characteristics
This Junmai Daiginjo sake boasts a delicate aroma and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of honey.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed using Yamada Nishiki, known as the king of sake rice, and Ozeki yeast, which was discovered in 2019 in Nishinomiya City as a new variety of cherry blossom.
It offers delicate aromas of apple, pear, and peach, with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of honey. After drinking, a smooth and refreshing finish lingers. The sweetness doesn't linger, and the characteristic acidity of the yeast tightens the aftertaste.
It tastes elegant when chilled, and more expressive at room temperature.
*This product is primarily intended for overseas markets, but is also available for sale in some parts of Japan.
