This product uses 5% Shonan Gold juice. Simply mix with carbonated water in a 1:3 ratio to create a craft sour base. Blended with rice shochu, it has a mellow flavor that harmonizes with the freshness of citrus. It has a refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness, and a clean aftertaste that goes well with meals. The packaging features a refreshing design inspired by the blue sea and sky of Shonan, Kanagawa Prefecture. The playful visual, which resembles Shonan Gold as a surfboard, expresses the local flavor and fun.

■About Shonan Gold
Shonan Gold is a domestic citrus fruit characterized by its refreshing fragrance, nicknamed "golden aroma," as well as its mellow acidity and elegant sweetness. It was developed by the Kanagawa Agricultural Technology Center by crossbreeding "Imamura Unshu" and "Golden Orange," and was registered as a variety in 2003. In recent years, the utilization of non-standard products and increasing awareness outside the prefecture have become issues, and this collaborative product aims to support producers and revitalize the region.
