Ozeki, who has been researching sake as a drink to be enjoyed with meals, has developed this carefully crafted lemon sour base as the ultimate drink to be enjoyed with meals.
Simply mix with carbonated water to enjoy an authentic lemon sour.
By blending Sicilian lemon juice with rice shochu made from Ozeki sake, the original flavor and aroma of the juice is enhanced.

We recommend a 1:3 ratio of sour mix to carbonated water!
(1) Put ice into a chilled glass and pour in our sour mix.
(2) Pour the chilled soda into the side of the glass. The trick is to pour it slowly and gently so that the carbonation doesn't escape!
(3) Finally, stir slowly with ice to create a genuine sour with the taste of a restaurant.
