This is a luxurious, authentic plum wine made with the finest Nanko plums from Kishu.
A mellow, cloudy type of sake containing plenty of carefully grated pickled plum pulp.
With one bite, you can enjoy the soft aroma of Nanko plum and the texture of the flesh.
By grating the plums, we have created a deep, rich flavor.
The cloudiness of this product, the floating particles on the surface, and the sediment at the bottom of the bottle are made from Nanko-ume pulp. Shake well before drinking.
