Ozeki won the “Golden Dragon Award” at Sake China 2018 - the 1st Asia International Japanese –Sake Competition held in China. This award is presented to the sake which obtains the highest score at the competition.

●"Gokujo no Amakuchi"
Ozeki "Gokujo no Amakuchi" was launched in 2012. By using 1.4 times more rice than it is normally used for ordinary sakes, it has not only a pleasant mellow, sweet flavor from rice but also a light smooth finish. This luxurious taste was highly appreciated in China as well taking this opportunity.

This competition was held in Beijing, China for the 1st time, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the conclusion of the Japan-China Treaty of Peace and Friendship,
Over 800 people in public offering tasted and scored 137 kinds of sake from 62 breweries from all over Japan.
